Full Job Description: Management Intern (Fresher) Vacancy In Delhi

Role and Responsibilities: –

Handling the recruitment process
Managing employees, training process, adequate induction, and working with all departments in a company
Working on documentation
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Assists in the development of new programs, policies, or procedures
Supporting employee opportunities for professional development and managing succession planning of staff
Managing the whole process of onboarding and candidates’ data side by side
Coordinating with different teams for interviews of different profiles on a daily basis
Taking follow-ups from interns and guiding them on the best solution

Requirements: –

Available for a duration of 3 months(part-time allowed)
Can start the internshippart time immediately
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Proactive, conscientious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Prior past Internship experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn, listen to feedback and ask questions
Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person
