Our company is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. The HR Intern will assist the HR team in daily tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or recent graduate to gain experience in the field of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting new hire orientation and preparing new hire paperwork.
• Assist with employee file maintenance, including organizing and filing employee documents.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

This is a part-time, paid internship with a flexible schedule. The HR Intern will report to the HR Manager and work closely with other members of the HR team.
