Full Job Description: Associate Officer vacancy in Adani Group, Mumbai
Activities
- Processing Daily, weekly and Monthly Bank reconciliations as assigned by supervisor, Prepare and consolidate for Fund projections – Accuracy & Timeliness
- Open item following up and reconciliation with Unit/concerned department on Daily, weekly and Monthly Bank reconciliations as assigned by supervisor. – Accuracy & Timeliness
- Processing the Treasury payments accuracy and on time
- Processing Payroll accounting & bank entries as assigned by supervisor, Rationalization of payroll posting & reconciliation – Accuracy & Timeliness
- Preparation & posting of all banking related entries & the entries received from OpCo – Accuracy & Timeliness
- Updating all the tracker accurately.
- MCS & Audit Compliance
- Timely updation of SOP & work instructions
- Ensure zero escalation from OPCO due to error in accounting, reconciliation and reporting of the related process
- Coordinate with units & Corporate treasury for clearing of open issues
- Generate Ideas for possible improvement areas to bring efficiency and speed to deliverables
- Attending all mandatory training programs and Update SOP’s for issue resolution regularly for all new issues faced
Qualifications
Skills & Knowledge
- Experience managing a client-service oriented function preferable a KPO
- Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self-growth
- Ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Experience of SAP and working in cement or any other manufacturing industry will be preferable
- Knowledge of Accounting Standard/ Companies Act
