Full Job Description: Co-Founder

Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Passionate leaders to do market research as per the current hiring trends and can do research to integrate the same with our innovative platform in a way to maximise the lead generation capability.

Digital Reach and Promotion:

Must be eager to do initial digital marketing and promotion for their own product. Candidate must be passionate enough for social media presence, crafting press release, connecting industry leaders for better word-of-mouth reach.

Team Builder

Passionate enough to build their own teams and able to lead the team from the front. Eager to scale the business on a larger scale.

Entrepreneurship Mindset

Like to get on boarded as a co-founder, you must have an entrepreneurship mind-set where you can take the responsibility and execute the plan accordingly

Skills Required:

– Must have great communication and presentation skills.

– Must be a strategic thing and critical analyst with positive approach.

– Sound knowledge on MS-Excel Required.

– Must have great market research ability and must have decision making ability.

– Excel in Hiring , counselling, retaining talented members.

Experienced Required: 0-3 Years (Members from technical background need not to apply)
