Roles & Responsibilities:

● Follow all defined processes to ensure operational targets are met

● Ensure targets in terms of quality of work, turnaround time and overall customer satisfaction

● Communicate with vendors to ensure smooth on-ground operations of installations, repairs & replacements

● Conduct route mapping and other operational tasks to plan field installations, repairs and replacements

● Coordination with sales/ Customers

● Coordination with electricians

● Hourly tracking with the on ground team

Skills Required:

● Minimum 1 year experience in Operations or relevant work

● Good communication skills in Kannada and English

● Should be good at Excel, Google sheets and Google forms

● Fluent (written and spoken) in English

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship

Salary: 18,000.00 – 27,000.00 per month
