Full Job Description: Esports Writer Vacancy

MoroEsports: Esports startup established in 2020 and your #1 source for video game reviews, walkthroughs, gaming news & features, esports insight, competitive coverage, and lots more. A bootstrap startup backed by well-driven people with passionate minds.

We are in search of gaming enthusiasts with a passion for writing for games like Valorant, BGMI, Rocket League, Pokémon Unite, and Forza Horizon. If you meet the basic requirements and if you think you are the one, we would love to connect and discuss with you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Researching assigned topics and pitching new ideas for your game.
Working within deadlines on a daily basis.
Coordinating with our content team for effective and concise content
Conducting in-depth research for underrated games for both PC & Mobile.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in English/Journalism/ Mass communication is preferred.
Knowledge of Esports and the gaming industry.
Knowledge of SEO and WordPress is preferred.
High level English proficiency is required.
At least 3-6 months of relevant writing experience
Ability to identify news-worthy topics
Familiar with keyword research tools like Google Trends.
