Job Overview and Expectation:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create and Manage Learning Content (Help Documents / Videos, Learning Courses) of our Solutions and Integrations.
• Host skill up sessions and webinars on our solutions.
• Facilitate and Assess our members, partners on their products, solutions and soft skills
• Do Jointworks with the members and partners and assists them with the demo’s and implementations.
• Audit Demo / PD recordings and give feedbacks on the areas of improvement
• Weekly and Monthly MIS report preparation, Self Analysis on the plan vs achievement and improve continuously.
• Handle the special projects assigned to you, share regular updates and bring them to closure.

Requirements:

• Good project management skills
• Ability to work towards the team goals and the individual goals without any follow ups.
• Ownership quality to take over responsibilities and help wherever required.
• Fine-tuning the process and projects based on the actual outcome, Perform Root cause analysis for the challenges and should be a part of the solution
