• The Recruiter job requires Assist With Hiring Process, Big Picture Thinking, Market Research, Intuitive Listening, Hr Development in skills.- Formal education in humanities or hr or equivalent – Familiarity with digital marketing – Strong verbal and communication skills – Experience with handling clients

Job Responsibilities

1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy

2. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc

3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
