What you’ll be doing
Seeking to build strong relationships and trust with new and existing customers across industry sectors such as retail, finance, manufacturing and public sector. Articulating our industry leading solutions, which include Data Centre/Storage, Cloud, Big Data, Advanced Analytics and IoT, to enable your customers to realise the highest levels of success.
What you bring to the team
- Extensive knowledge and working experience on the Hitachi Storage arrays which include VSP G Series
- Extensive knowledge and working experience on the Brocade switches.
- Experience in coordination, validation and planning for required firmware/patches / microcode upgrade activities
- Knowledge on SAN fabric, Virtual Fabric (VSAN), FCIP & management and Host to SAN connectivity.
- Ownership of Infrastructure and responsible for service uptime / availability
- Maintain / Follow SOPs and Operational Run books, ITIL processes – Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Performance management, Capacity management,
- Participate on projects independently and deliver on time
- Good communication skills required. Candidate will need to participate in Client calls along with Onshore Account Team
