About the role:
We are looking for a candidate with good communication and relationship management skills to interact with our potential partners. The role includes frequent communication with existing clients to maintain relationship.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Interact with potential clients, communicate and maintain relations
  • Schedule and conduct phone discussions and offline meetings to accurately convey information whilst ensuring that client needs are being met.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner, with accurate and relevant information.
  • Follow up effectively with institutions to ensure enrolment activities are completed effectively.
  • Effectively present relevant information to schools, clients and other key stakeholders as required.
  • Understand the sales cycle and talk to clients accordingly at different stages of interaction
  • Making sure that clients receive highly satisfactory service at each touchpoint to make sure deal is successful.
  • Attract, engage and retain schools.
