Job Title: Social Media Specialist for Fitness Coach
We are looking for a social media specialist to join our team and handle all of our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. As a fitness coach based out of India, we offer both online and offline bootcamps to our clients, and we are looking for someone who can help us create a strong online presence to attract and engage with potential and current clients.
Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging content, including images, videos, and written copy, that align with our brand and voice
• Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement and growth on all platforms
• Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the team to create and execute campaigns that promote our online and offline bootcamps and other fitness-related products and services
• Use analytics and metrics to track our social media performance, and identify opportunities to improve our strategy
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, innovations, and best practices; experiment with new ideas and platforms when appropriate

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, including familiarity with best practices for each platform
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and design
• Experience in creating social media campaigns to drive engagement and sales
• Expertise in social media analytics tools to measure and report on the success of social media campaigns and overall strategy
• Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• A passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living
• Understanding of Indian fitness market, culture, and customer preferences
• Ability to create content and graphics using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
