Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Enablement
1. Prospecting leads for the entire wellness team (Sourcing leads from different platforms like LinkedIn and glassdoor)
2. Get meetings with companies interested in the company’s product
3. Helping our sales team in management with meetings and appointments
1. Help our operations team to ensure a smooth handover from our sales team
2. Manage the CRM for accounts allotment and quarterly review
3. Ensure endorsement of users and monthly reporting is done smoothly
4. Manage vendors for 2 of our product-lines
5. Overlook the finance and invoicing for all our clients
1. Manage employee engagement for Nova Benefits clients through sessions, campaigns, etc.
2. Compile campaign performance data and reports (Excel, PowerPoint, Zoho CRM)
3. Ensure the monthly planning of the wellness calendar is done properly

You Should be Awesome At

  • Solving Problems and driving results from them.
  • Critical thinking skills, desire to learn and ability to adapt. Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and highly detailed oriented.
  • Talking to people and selling them ideas strategically and executing it methodically.
  • Closing deals and taking decisions on their own.
  • Basic excel formulas and research skills
  • Driving a task from end-to-end functionality-wise and having a sense of ownership in them.

Experience & Skills

  • A college Senior or Graduate at/from an accredited institution.
  • Basic understanding of a company’s operations structure.
  • “Hunger” to achieve and “Can do” attitude
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to constantly follow-throughs with clients and vendors
  • Should be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Zoho CRM, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Slack.
  • Work hours will be 10-7 and it will be a mandatory WFO throughout the week (weekends will be an off).


  • Paid Contractor for 3 months which can be changed to full-time based on the performance
  • Certificate and Letter of Recommendation from the Founders.
  • Successful Completion of the Contract will also lead to a full-time job offer.
  • All 3 meals a day will be covered at the office
  • Work machine will be provided
