Job Description & Summary
Driving the strategic initiatives of the company as per the MD/ CEO’s agenda
Roles & Responsibilities
- Driving the strategic initiatives of the company as per the MD/ CEO’s agenda
- Data analysis of metrics related to projects and deriving key insights
- Studying & improvising the Operation processes of the company
- Doing relevant market research in company’s business area in terms of finding potential customers, partners and competitors and carving out the GTM strategy
- Review business financial performance and track performance against defined goals
- Prepare summaries of monthly performance
- Analysis of business KPIs and variance analysis
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience
- MBA from reputed institute
- Understanding of the relationship between P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Advanced excel skills (Pivots, lookups and conditional formatting)
- Excellent with presenting ideas on powerpoint with good designing
- Good analytical skills for problem solving
- Experience of having worked with senior executives in previous roles
