Full Job Description for Part Time Facilitators Vacancy

You would be expected to perform the following functions (although one must strongly bear in mind that this would evolve as the organization grows):

Teach/engage children of different grades offline in private and government schools in Bangalore.
Create curiosity-inducing curriculum, content, and formats for school children.
Create a learning environment in your offline classroom that requires you to spark interest, discuss, advise, teach, guide, and support children.
Fulfil all QShala feedback, assessment, and reporting requirements.
Liaising with parents on the progress of the children.

Who is this role ideal for?

You are excited by the unique opportunity to teach and create curriculum for children, and to create a learning experience unlike any other.
While we are not hard fussed about your educational qualifications, we would prefer that you have spent 2-3 years in facilitation and/or content creation role. Freshers are also welcomed to apply.
You are comfortable working with and learning from children, sometimes forty at a time.
Strong process orientation and attention to detail.
Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Team player, flexible and open to changing priorities.
