Salary: At Queen’s English compensation is based on availability provided by teachers

We have the following teaching slots: 3pm, 4:30pm, 6:00pm, 7:15 pm and 8:30 pm

In your first month, you will be a Trainee Trial Teacher teaching 2 slots, 6 days a week earning a minimum of INR 8K. Post the trainee period, based on professionalism and performance (25% conversions) you will be promoted to one of the higher pay packages listed below

From Month 2, you will be given an enhanced contract with increased number of hours and pay based on your performance.

The organisation: We aim to transform the way students in South East Asia and India learn English – making it higher quality yet more affordable. Our app will let anyone, anywhere, teach and learn great spoken English.

The role: We are looking for an energetic, expressive individual with passion for teaching English who can

Deliver an engaging class where the students would be excited to attend and learn everyday.
Create a wonderful learning experience and environment for the students to enroll in our class.
Capture data about the students´ progress and use it to inform classroom delivery.
Build rapport with the students and their parents.

Month 1 training program: During the first 30 days that you join us you will:

Do all of the above
Receive world class training in delivering a world class curriculum to students in India
Get Coached by our best teachers and experts.
Give us a conversion of 25% as against 40% that seasoned trial teachers do.
Post completion of the training program, choose any of the above combinations and start earning upwards of INR 10,000 per month upto INR 20,000 per month.

The candidate: An ideal candidate for this role has

Excellent English Communication skills – ability to read and speak fluently with a neutral accent.
Ability to connect with students and build rapport quickly and effectively.
Ability to pick up and learn new technology and pedagogy.
A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.

A positive influence on parents and students while sharing the USP of our curriculum.
The ability to create a strong and engaging learning environment that encourages the parent of its value and makes the child curious to learn.

Requirements: To deliver a fun-filled and energetic classroom environment you will need

Two devices – Laptop/PC to screen-share the slides, Mobile to download the scripts.
Good Internet connection with power back-up.

Availability: We have the following teaching slots: 3pm, 4:30pm, 6:00pm, 7:15pm and 8pm. We have classes running 6 days (Mondays Off)
