Full Job Description: Spoken English Trainer

Required English Language trainers on a contractual basis at New Delhi.

No. of Batches 3, each batch of 120 hours to be covered in three months (4 hours a day).

The key responsibilities for this project include but are not limited to:

· Undergo a Train the Trainers Program of 2-3 days for developing a thorough understanding of the Blended Learning module and teaching pedagogy

· Conducting Instructor Lead Training sessions at the training center.

· Ensuring online learning and practice sessions using Words Worth mobile app

· Analyzing improvement and progress by recording/collecting data in the prescribed formats.

· Ensuring over 90% attendance and 100% usage of the mobile app by the trainees

·Qualification & Experience: Masters or Graduate with minimum two years of teaching experience

Required Skills: A Pleasant Personality with Excellent written and verbal communication.
