Do you enjoy playing with Children of all age groups and find the experience energizing?

Do you have a natural ability to connect with children, especially those socially & economically challenged – first generation literate 8 – 16 year old children of day wage labourers, marginal farmers, road-side vegetable vendors, carpenters and auto rickshaw drivers, whose futures are constrained by their having had to study in non-English medium schools?

Would you eagerly grab an opportunity to similarly transform forever the lives of thousands such from resource and opportunity constrained rural and semi-rural areas

Can you connect with such children because you WANT to improve their lot as also by virtue of your being able to converse fluently in English as well as Kannad, Marathi or or Gujarati ?

Are you looking to work as a volunteer with flexible working hours and work remotely and receive an honorarium payment?

Role – Conduct life-changing programs of The Ekalavya Initiative, especially the ‘Bindaas Bol’ program- a unique & powerful conversational English program that has forever transformed the lives of tens of thousands of first-generation literate youth from across India : Assam to Kutch, Uttarakhand to Odisha, Andhra and Maharashtra

· Motivate and encourage all children, even the quietest ones to engage in activities

· Deliver such programs online

– Available for atleast 3 hours daily from Monday to Friday, preferably before 4.00 p.m.

Comprehensive and continuous training inputs and support will be provided Prior Work

Experience or Age or Gender – No Bar

Academic qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Arts / Commerce / Science will be preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Volunteer

Salary: 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 per month
