Your responsibilities

Work with my manager to identify solutions to customer issues.
Actively work together with other store functions to continuously improve the shopping experience for our customers in order to drive sustained long-term profitability.
Listen to feedback from customers when it is given and ensure passing this on to my manager.
Help and support my colleagues when needed and share knowledge with them and encourage them to do the same.
Know about the services offered in my store and use this knowledge to help customers.
Be a good ambassador for the IKEA store in all contact with our customers and I give them a good reason to return again and again.
