Summary/Objective
Manage Global Sourcing projects and Supplier relationship including Supply Chain Management, Quality and business growth
Essential Functions
The following functions are required:
Supplier identification & qualification based on project requirements
Primary
Identify new project opportunities and preparing formidable business case supporting business growth
Primary
Liaison between Supplier, Sales Team & SCM teams
Primary
Effective Project management adhering to defined sourcing process
Primary
Managing RFQ process, Supplier negotiations and business growth
Primary
Managing Supplier to Y-Not relationship and responsible for overall supplier performance

Order fulfilment, On time delivery
Primary
Supplier quality, Product / Process quality, Supplier performance rating
Secondary
Plan & Implement long & short-term supplier development program focusing on overall productivity improvement.

Work Environment

Preferred Education and Experience
Diploma / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 Years of Work Experience
